Recharge Tokens

We conduct identity verification (KYC) for both content creators (streamers) and users where required, in order to prevent fraud, impersonation, and other unlawful activities.

We maintain a content moderation and review system to monitor live streams, videos, and user-generated content. Any public content that is illegal, violent, abusive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws or platform policies may be restricted, removed, or reported as necessary.

We enforce strict protections for minors, including the implementation of a “Safe Mode” or equivalent safeguards. These measures may include restrictions on live streaming access, gifting and tipping functionality, usage duration, and access time periods for underage users, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Tokens are a virtual currency used on our platforms to purchase virtual gifts during live streams or to buy subscription-based services or any other services.

Users are strictly advised not to trust or use any third-party recharge or top-up websites. Tokens may only be purchased through our official channels. We do not store, retain, or have access to users’ card or payment details; all payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment service providers.

Once a purchase is successfully completed, the user’s account will be credited automatically with the corresponding number of Tokens. Due to the nature of digital content and virtual currency consumption, all sales of Tokens and virtual gifts are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reversals for any purchased Tokens or gifts under any circumstances. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not proceed with any Token purchase.

All charges and payments for Tokens are made in the currency specified at the point of purchase through the applicable payment mechanism. Any currency conversion, foreign exchange settlement, transaction fees, or payment channel fees are determined by and subject to the terms of the user’s payment provider, and we bear no responsibility for such fees.

Before making any purchase, users are strongly encouraged to contact our support team should they have any questions or concerns. No refunds will be granted once a payment has been made.
